Job Description:
Logistify, a rapidly growing shipping and logistics brokerage, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Las Vegas, NV. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining new business relationships with shippers, carriers, and logistics companies.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Work closely with the Operations team to ensure seamless coordination and execution of customer shipments
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to inform sales strategy and approach
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field
- 2+ years of sales experience in the shipping and logistics industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems

Accounting Manager – Las Vegas, NV, Remote
Job Description:
Logistify, a rapidly growing shipping and logistics brokerage, is seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team in Las Vegas, NV. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and providing support for financial reporting and analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
- Prepare and distribute invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents as needed
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports, including monthly and quarterly financial analysis
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Manage and track employee expenses and reimbursements
- Support the year-end audit process
- Develop and maintain effective internal controls over financial reporting
- Provide support for budgeting and forecasting activities
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the shipping and logistics industry
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with accounting software
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments
